Balakrama with Andy Matinog

Balakrama, the first of the Shadow Yoga Preludes, means “Stepping Into Strength”. Its movements bring strength to the body as mobility of the ankles, knees, and hips are improved. The practitioner gains access to the grounding action of the feet and, through the progression of the series, increases their strength and endurance.

In this four part series, Andy will teach the prelude including, warm up, asanas, and conclusion. Participants will walk away with a strong practice to take home and hone as well as an understanding of Yoga.

This series is for experienced yogis.
