For students looking to progress in their practice and dive further into more advanced asanas. Gain insight into challenging yoga postures with detailed instruction to help refine your technique and go deeper. Other aspects of yoga such as pranayama (breath work) and meditation will be introduced in this class to create a fuller yoga experience. Final week of every month, the class will focus on pranayama. *Only for seasoned practitioners
