Yumcha is offering Kids Yoga for Spring 2017 Schedule

For Ages 5-11, Spring 2017 Semester: Starting 3/23 Ending 5/11. Thursdays 3.45pm-4.35pm (50 minutes/session)

  • Fee for 8 sessions is $120 (DROP-IN RATE $18 PER CLASS)
  • If the child joins the program mid-semester, the remaining classes will be pro-rated.
  • We understand that there are times when stuff happens and a child has to be absent. If the child is absent for a class, the class can be exchanged for an adult class  (only up to a maximum of 2 classes per semester). There are no refunds or discounts.


Because our society is now much more competitive and children get so little time to relax, they experience stress-related symptoms like mood swings, difficulty with concentration, and socially-negative behaviors.

With Yumcha Yoga Kids’ Program, our experienced teachers will use music and games of imagination to lead students, beginning with basic poses to more advanced ones. Your kids will be able to explore their minds and bodies in a fun, creative, healthy and safe environment!
