Intended for people with a strong vinyasa practice, who are ready to play with poses and sequences that require a dynamic blend of strength, flexibility, stability & calm. This class requires a deep relationship with the breath, a foundation in jump-backs and basic arm balances, and a comfort in investigating deeper twists, back-bends and forward bends, If this is you, then come join us on this joyful journey of breath and body.

PLEASE: You must have a clear sense of your own body and its limitations to take this class. It’s not for beginners and it’s not for people working with an injury.
