Inspired from the Ashtanga lineage, this class is a strong Vinyasa class full of classic Ashtanga postures, variations, and transitions. This class will focus on sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and inversions designed to be therapeutic for any body. A great class for improving strength, balance, focus, and clarity!
