Description

All daylong, every single nuance of your life manipulates your nervous system, which in turn impacts you at the cellular and mental-emotional level. The sum total of which is your sense of wellness and ease…or otherwise.  This is how habitual stress creates disease. The primary factor here is your ‘internal environment’, which is largely comprised of your habitual body positions (the way you stand, sit and sleep), your unconscious breathing patterns and your mental rhythms.

Being aware of this, and through the regular practice of simple Yoga techniques, you can consciously and skillfully work with your nervous system to create robust wellness.

This workshop includes information on the science of the body-mind connection. It provides tools for recreating internal harmony. Above all, this workshop is intended to help you to feel your best and to be at the helm of your life.

Expect to learn the following in this two-hour workshop:

  • Simple Mindfulness techniques
  • Simple Breathing  techniques
  • And an exploration of feeling and aligning our body to create greatest ease, including a few gentle yoga poses
